Lead Carpenter

Construction Laborer

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years experience in the following:

• Foundation work, Framing, Roofing & Siding, Windows & Doors, Drywall, Installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, Tile work, Finish Flooring. Some Plumbing and Electrical preferred.

- Must work well with customers and co-workers. Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Perform remodeling tasks from start to finish in a timely and orderly manner.

- Communicate between employer and customer to accomplish necessary tasks.

- Give proper instruction to helpers and/or co-workers as necessary.

- Be prepared with necessary tools to perform the role as a carpenter.

- Maintain jobsite organization (tools and material)

- Daily set-up and clean-up of jobsite

- Experience preferred in the following:

- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to follow instructions.

- Must work well with customers and co-workers.

- Willing and eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform remodeling tasks as carpenter's laborer from start to finish in a timely and orderly manner.

- Communicate between employer, co-worker's, and customer to accomplish necessary tasks.

- Follow proper instructions and directions from employer and/or co-workers as necessary.

- Be prepared with necessary tools to perform the role as a carpenter's helper/laborer.

- Maintain jobsite organization (tools and material).

- Daily set-up and clean-up of jobsite.

- Material pick-up and delivery with company vehicle.
